All products sold on our website are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, unless otherwise specified.

  • Water damage (unless the watch is rated for water resistance)

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap damage, etc.)

  • Batteries, crystals, crowns, or cosmetic damage

🔧 Servicing & Repairs

If you believe your item has a warranty-covered issue, please contact us with:

     
  • Your full name and order number

  • A detailed description of the issue
  •  
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will assess your claim and advise on the next steps. In some cases, your item may be sent to a certified service center or returned to the original manufacturer for inspection.

🚫 Unauthorized Repairs

Please note: Any attempt to repair or modify the product by a third party not authorized by International Time Market will void the warranty.
